GENERAL OVERVIEW

1. What is the Amazon Pratidhi Scholarship 2025?

It is a CSR initiative by Amazon, launched in 2022, aimed at supporting the higher education of eligible associates, drivers, and their dependents through financial aid.

2. Who is organizing the Pratidhi Scholarship?

The scholarship is facilitated by Amazon in collaboration with partner NGOs Synergies Tech for portal support.

3. What is the main objective of this scholarship?

To empower eligible individuals with financial support for continuing their education, especially those associated with Amazon’s workforce.

4. Is this scholarship new or recurring?

This is a continuation of the previous years’ Pratidhi Scholarship, with updates and improvements for 2025.

5. How is this different from other educational scholarships?

It specifically supports Amazon’s associates, drivers, and their eligible family members, emphasizing inclusivity and need-based support.

IMPORTANT DATES

6. When will the scholarship portal open?

The application portal opens on 1st June 2025.

7. What is the deadline for submitting applications?

Applications must be submitted by 30th June 2025.

8. Will the deadline be extended if needed?

Yes, if the 5,000 application target is not met, the deadline may be extended.

9. When will the scholarship disbursement begin?

Disbursements will begin from 15th June 2025, following a FIFO basis.

10. When will the final application verification happen?

Final verification will conclude by 7th July 2025.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

11. Who is eligible to apply?

a. Eligibility AMZL?

AMZL: Children of Associates (UTR), Delivery Associates (OTR), Amflex, IHS, EDSP can apply for the scholarship.

b. Eligibility Mile-wise?

INFC-OPS: Children of Associates (UTR) can apply for the scholarship.
INATS: OPS Children of Associates (UTR) can apply for the scholarship.
GSF: Children of Associates (UTR), Delivery Associates (OTR), Amflex
Support Function: Children of security guards, housekeeping staff, MST, NOC: L1, L2, L99, and Line Haul Drivers

12. What is meant by 'Green and Unbatched'?

It refers to the status of the associate/driver in Amazon’s internal systems—further clarified by local POCs.

13. Is there any income limit for applicants?

Yes, income limits may apply based on CSR guidelines—details will be mentioned in the application form.

14. Are dependents eligible?

Yes, dependents of eligible associates/drivers can apply.

15. Can a previous year recipient apply again?

Yes, only OTR applicants were considered for the scholarship renewal. We accept around 25%–30% renewals, depending on the number of applications.

DOCUMENTATION

16. What documents are required?

Common documents include:

  • - Fill the form using the Amazon Delivery Associate's registered mobile number
  • - A recent photograph of the applicant (not older than three months)
  • - Proof of current year (2025–26) enrolment (Fee Receipt, ID Card, Admission Letter, or Bonafide Certificate)
  • - Marksheet of the previous qualifying examination (2024–25)
  • - Aadhaar card of the applicant and parent
  • - Delivery Associate ID Number – Alpha-numeric, 11 to 14 characters
  • - Bank account details of the Delivery Associate – Cancelled cheque or bank passbook copy

17. Is Aadhaar mandatory?

Yes, Aadhaar is a mandatory document for identity and verification purposes.

18. Can documents be submitted later?

No, incomplete applications will not be processed.

19. What format should documents be uploaded in?

JPEG, PNG, or PDF formats are accepted on the portal.

20. Do all documents need to be self-attested?

Yes, self-attestation is recommended for transparency.

APPLICATION PROCESS

21. Where can I apply?

Online via the Synergies Tech portal: https://pratidhi.synergieinsights.in/

22. Can I apply offline?

No, only online applications will be accepted.

23. How will I know if my application is received?

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation after submission.

24. Can I edit my application after submission?

No, editing after submission is not permitted.

25. What if I face technical issues while applying?

A support helpdesk will be available—details will be shared on the portal.

REVIEW & SELECTION

26. What is the selection process?

Applications will be reviewed based on eligibility, documents, and financial need.

27. Is there a written test or interview?

No, selection is based solely on documents and background verification.

28. Who is on the selection panel?

A team comprising Amazon CSR leaders, NGO partners, and third-party evaluators.

29. How will I know if I’m selected?

Selected candidates will be notified via official email/SMS by mid-July.

30. Can my application be rejected?

Yes, due to ineligibility, incomplete documents, or verification failures.

FUNDING & DISBURSEMENT

31. How much scholarship amount will be given?

The amount varies and will be specified in the disbursement letter.

32. How will the amount be disbursed?

Direct bank transfer to the applicant’s verified account.

33. Will the amount be disbursed in phases?

Usually one-time, unless otherwise specified.

34. What if my bank details are incorrect?

Incorrect details may delay or cancel disbursement. Ensure accuracy.

35. Can the scholarship be revoked?

Yes, in cases of fraud or policy violations.

POC & SUPPORT

36. Who can I contact for help in my region?

Your site’s assigned Point of Contact (POC) or NGO partner.

37. Will I get email reminders?

Yes, reminders will be sent periodically.

38. What is the role of the POCs?

POCs help verify applicant IDs and assist in resolving queries.

39. Is there a grievance redressal mechanism?

Yes, email support and grievance forms will be on the portal.

40. How will incomplete applications be tracked?

NGO partners will follow up on Started / Closed / Pending statuses.

PROMOTION & OUTREACH

41. How is the scholarship being promoted?

Through emails, banners, NGO partners, social media, and internal announcements.

42. Can I refer a colleague or friend?

Only eligible Amazon-associate-connected individuals can apply.

43. Will there be posters at sites?

Yes, digital and printed posters may be displayed.

44. Are any mobilization partners involved?

Yes, NGOs and field teams will assist with awareness and outreach.

45. Is the application portal mobile-friendly?

Yes, the portal is optimized for desktop and mobile use.

POST-SELECTION & REPORTING

46. Will I receive a scholarship certificate?

Yes, a digital certificate will be issued to selected candidates.

47. Are selected scholars monitored post-selection?

No formal mentorship, but data is collected for impact assessment.

48. Is there an impact report shared publicly?

A summary report may be shared with stakeholders post-completion.

49. Will my data be kept private?

Yes, all data is handled under Amazon’s privacy policy.

50. Where can I find more updates or apply directly?

Updates and the application link will be shared by your Amazon POC and via email from 5th June 2025.
